Hi, I’m frank Estrada, currently the Mayor Pro-Tem of Lockhart, Texas. I have lived in caldwell County for all my life. I am asking for your thoughts of the Caldwell County Commissioner.
Some of my goals:
To seek opportunities for sustainable industry and value-added jobs, which were once the foundation of our community.
To make caldwell County an affordable place for future generations to live and raise their families by controlling taxes through planning for long term diversity and generational balance in our population.
To manage a local government that is created by the people rather than enforce a government that is imposed upon the people by the vocal minority.
Fiscal responsibility, accountability and transparency in local government transactions.
A few agenda items I look forward to working on as commissioner: the growth policy, the fairgrounds, affordable housing, Plum Creek transfers development rights, new industries as well as new ways to help old industries.
My professional background is very different than other candidates. The past 20+ years in my profession have provided me an unusual education. My experience with
My years of volunteer work with the public, government agencies and special interest groups on community projects as well as regulatory and administrative issues has been invaluable experience.
I grew up in a large family that always struggled to get by, yet I was am able to build a business in Lockhart that has provided a comfortable home and living for myself and my family because of good opportunities. I believe in opportunities and want to promote opportunities for the people of this county and the generations to come.
The people of Caldwell County, need your help. If you support these goals. This is a sample blog.
